ORLANDO-Gray Co. Inc. of Richmond, VA sells the 27-year-old, 254-unit, class B suburban Ashley of Spring Valley complex at commercially-hot Interstate 4 and State Road 436 for $11.18 million or $43,000 per unit ($43 per rentable sf).
ATLANTA-Holder Properties is negotiating with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. for 84,000 sf and with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 110,000 sf at the 13-story, $60 million Millennium tower at 10th and West Peachtree Streets. Rreef Funds of Chicago owns the property.
ATLANTA-Hendon/Atlantic Rim John's Creek is selling 49% of its six-month-old, 313,006-sf property at Peachtree Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road in north Atlanta for an undisclosed sum that will be revealed in later JDN Realty filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
SANFORD, FL-A 14-year employee sued for $94,000 when the former executive director refused to give her a favorable recommendation after she was fired in 1997.
