WASHINGTON, DC-Ownership of a Holiday Inn hotel in the Thomas Circle area changes hands in a nearly $26 million deal. Acting on behalf of its AEW Partners IV Fund, AEW Capital Management LP acquired the 212-room property from Wright Investment Properties.
