HERNDON, VA-The class A office building at 205 Van Buren St. gets a new owner in a recent deal valued at about $20.8 million. With the assistance of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, TA Associates Realty sells the 129,000-sf property to America's Capital Partners.

HAMPTON, VA-A refinancing package totaling nearly $5.8 million is put in place for the 70,300-sf office property known as Pinewood Plaza. GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. is providing the funds, which come in the form of a permanent, fixed-rate loan.

WASHINGTON, DC-Financing to the tune of $38 million closes for 1425 K St., a 214,000-sf premier office property. LJ Melody & Co. facilitated the transaction on behalf of property owner Blake Real Estate Inc. The 12-story structure was recently redeveloped into its current class A incarnation.

WASHINGTON, DC-The 535,000-sf office building at 1800 M St. opens its doors to a new tenant, law firm Zuckerman Spaeder LLP. The firm is leasing 52,500 sf of space under an 11-year agreement and will relocate from its current offices on Connecticut Avenue.
