ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, MD-Northrop Grumman Corp. commits to an entire building at the National Business Park, a 175-acre mixed-use business community. The company's lease with property owner Corporate Office Properties Trust is for a new 104,000-sf structure that is expected be completed later this month.
