FREDERICKSBURG, VA-Construction gets started on the $8.5 million Evergreens at Smith Run retirement community. RMJ Development Group is behind the 130-unit, four-story development project and Clark Realty Builders is the contractor.
BOWIE, MD-Two more buildings join the $60 million Maryland Science and Technology Center as construction of the third and fourth structures of what will ultimately be a 14-building business park concludes. The new flex buildings account for 60,000 sf and cost $3.6 million to construct.
