RICHMOND, VA-In an effort to bring a higher quality shopping environment to its customers, Circuit City Stores Inc. looks to Millennium Retail Partners for help in buying or leasing new store spaces across the country. The company's goal is to open 50 34,000-sf stores in 2004.
