LOMPOC, CA-Investors from Santa Barbara acquire the holding in the 11-year-old Mission Plaza center from a Montecito firm. A 10-year lease, held by Ross Dress for Less, makes the 31,608-sf purchase particularly appealing.
SANTA MONICA, CA-Health-care relief organization International Medical Corps leases the space from Arden Realty in a five-year, $1.3-million deal. The signing nudges the 43,796-sf office building to 94% occupancy.
ORANGE, CA-Ortho Mattress and Curves For Women sign as new tenants at the 38,000-sf North Tustin Plaza, bringing occupancy to about 92%. The five-year leases carry a combined value of $500,000 for the inline space.
SANTA MONICA, CA-The automaker will move its Volkswagen/Audi North American Design Center from Simi Valley to Santa Monica, where it takes over a 53,471-sf building now housing the Museum of Flying.
