DIAMOND BAR, CA-Asset Management, which specializes in tenant-in-common transactions, acquires the 19-year-old building from a Japanese seller. The multi-tenant building is 97% occupied.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA-The new tenant will take space in a direct lease from the building owner after Insignia/ESG brokers negotiate a lease cancellation for Hilfiger. Planned as a flagship location, the 18,500-sf lease carried a $15-million price tag.
