CORONA, CA-Buyers from Corona acquire the 17,280-sf property as a manufacturing facility for a firm that makes bathtubs. The deal's lone broker now is looking for a sublease tenant for the new owner's soon-to-be vacated Corona site.
ONTARIO, CA-Western Realco, builder of some of the largest warehouses in the Inland Empire, will build industrial space for tenants in the 13,000-sf to 19,000-sf range. The 200,000-sf plan will fill the last remaining tract in the California Commerce Center.
BURBANK, CA-Crown Realty & Development acquires the 137,000-sf building and will market it to office users. Industry sources believe Warner Bros. got more than $9 million for the empty building.

IRVINE, CA-The lawyers take 4,519 sf of office space formerly occupied by Software AG, a software supplier that was slated to be in the space until 2007. The closing price for the sublease space was right around the asking ticket of $1.60 per sf per month.
VALENCIA, CA-Publicly held A&B adds to its Southern California portfolio with the acquisition of a two-story, 51,061-sf building from developer Intertex. The brokers involved in the deal aren't talking price, but others are saying it went for about $5 million.
LOS ANGELES-State housing director Julie Bornstein joins the USC's Keston Infrastructure Institute, where Christian Redfearn will lead research. Bornstein's first mission will be to assemble an advisory board.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA-The technology firm buys the 124,000-sf, neo-Georgian landmark for an undisclosed sum, but it's believed to be around $50 million. No date has been set for the move-in, but it's expected to be some time since some upgrades are planned.
