PORTLAND-A decision on whether the company will remain headquartered in Portland or relocate to one of three cities in the Southeastern United States will be made in the next 60 days, company officials tell GlobeSt.com.

SPOKANE, WA-The Kalispell Center Mall and the adjoining WestCoast Kalispell Hotel were to be sold to American Capital Group LLC, which was planning to upgrade the mall. WestCoast now says it will retain ownership of and operating responsibilities for the properties.
