GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Del Monte takes 366,000 sf for one year in an immediate move-in, grabbing time to decide on a consolidation location. Meanwhile, a restructured business re-leases 100,000 sf. Both are in Grand Prairie, just like last week's big win.
COLLEYVILLE, TX-The neighborhood mix will open doors in the 59,361-sf Town Center Colleyville, a 70%-leased project with two buildings up and a third under construction. Scrapbook Warehouse is the latest to sign for a 10-year spot.
FORT WORTH-Realty Capital sells the 89%-leased Silver Leaf Villas to AHF, the state's largest affordable housing non-profit. The buyer takes over a $10.1-million HUD loan with an 8.2% fixed interest rate, 40-year amortization and five-year lockout.
DALLAS-The Canadian-based Kolter sells the 162,346-sf Meadows Building and 62,492-sf Alpha Building to local partnership, led by Ken Bruder of the Bruder Co. Yesterday's closing ends a yearlong disposition of eight Dallas deeds.
