PLANO, TX-LSI Logic inks a 16,745-sf renewal for 64 months at the Atrium at Collin Ridge in deal making that caps the "big roll" this year for building owner, the Shidler Group. The agreed rate starts out at $20.50 per sf, Shidler says.
