ARLINGTON, TX-After two years on the market, the 100-unit Presidents Corner has traded to an Arizona investment group, which secured a "full-dollar loan" to close the deal. The buyer has another 579 units in two properties in Dallas under contract.

COLLEYVILLE, TX-Dallas Digital Services is planning a May 1 move from a leased site in Grapevine to a live, work, play address in Colleyville. The four-year-old building brings in $5,000 less than the 2002 assessment.
DALLAS-Five leases are good to go as final signatures go on contracts for four buildings in the metroplex. The 14800 Quorum Building gets the largest deal, a 7,003-sf sublease, while the Atrium at Collin Ridge scores a double play.
