MESA, AZ-The high-growth Southeast Valley undoubtedly had a hand in a 38,184-sf neighborhood center selling for nearly $2.8 million even though 15,000-sf is vacant. The buyer thought he had a tenant in hand, but the deal fell through yet the closing proceeded.

PHOENIX-A group of California investors pay $63,650 per unit for a 96-unit complex built in 2000. The Sun Terrace Apartments in Northeast Phoenix attract a higher-than-average per unit selling price in a market that's favored by investors.
