AUSTIN-The popular home fashions and apparel retailer is shooting for simultaneous openings at three Austin-area locations. The projects should deliver in early August, says general contractor Hill & Wilkinson of Dallas. Two more are being built in El Paso.

DALLAS-In a first time report, Integra Realty Resources has found that the shake-out of Texas nursing facilities' operators will lead to a healthier market. The study encompasses Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties.

ROUND ROCK, TX-There's no room left in the small shops component of the 825,000-sf La Frontera Village. Ten retailers, representing more than 110,657 sf, are readying their sites for occupancy. Still to come are high-end retailers for a 39-acre special project.

SAN ANTONIO-Trammell Crow's former managing director and four brokers in San Antonio have started a new commercial real estate firm, along with executives from Hixon Properties and Orion Partners. Primera Partners is a logical next step for well-known developer Darren Casey.

DALLAS-In a hushed project, the Billingsley Co. has been working on its ninth building at International Business Park. The 103,000-sf office building delivers in September. Leases are close, but not sealed for this project and another 107,000 sf that will be ready in May.

DALLAS-There is an increase in real estate professionals switching affiliations, but it's not a trend, says an industry headhunter. It's just that more high-profile execs are moving around as others take advantage of the market slump to cut deals for themselves.
