IRVING, TX-Sedgwick Claims Management Services has taken 25,451 sf in an expansion of its Dallas operation. Plans call for an April 1 occupancy. Sedgwick is the second tenant signed for the newly finished building. Just two weeks ago, America Honda Finance had moved into 65,000 sf.
