COLLEYVILLE, TX-Village Park Shopping Center's new owner is sure to benefit from the buy, with the 45,153-sf retail complex ideally located along a soon-to-expand boulevard in northeast Tarrant County. Colleyville Boulevard, key to the city's growth, is being widened from four to six lanes.
AUSTIN-Solectron has just made a decision to withdraw totally from its leased sites in The Domain, a 235-acre, 1.2-million sf development. The company is exercising an early-out lease option, putting another 138,000 sf on the market. It already has vacated 240,000 sf in the project.

EULESS, TX-A 12-location physical rehab chain in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex is moving its corporate headquarters. The March 1 puts the chain into an 11,543-sf property at 310 S. Industrial Blvd., owned by Bardin Square Investors.
AUSTIN-Thirty-seven Blockbuster stores in Austin are part of an initial 130-location premiere to put RadioShack kiosks into the video retailer's outlets. Coming soon: Blockbuster services in RadioShack stores. The alliance isn't expected to drive store closings.
CARROLLTON, TX-A 160,451-sf pact has been sealed with $600,000 in improvements to an office-warehouse to accommodate the world headquarters for Prime Source Building Products. The Carrollton-based company will relocate its operation in March.
AUSTIN-AV Labs in Austin and US Global Investors in San Antonio have brought two seasoned professionals on board in the past week. Ed Perry joins AV Labs as a Venture Fellow while Bobby Duncan is the new COO and CFO of US Global Investors.
DALLAS-Brion Sargent is now the second in command at IA-Dallas. The new principal has steered such prestigious projects as IBM Engineering and Scientific Regional Headquarters in Dallas and a 260,000-sf corporate headquarters for S&A Restaurant Group in Dallas.
