ALLEN, TX-24 Hour Fitness is eyeing a groundbreaking by year's end on an estimated 35,000-sf center in Allen. The Carlsbad, CA-based operator is targeting Dallas-Ft. Worth suburban markets in a two- to three-year growth plan.
