CARLSBAD, CA-The 321,000-sf acquisition reflects Equus Realty Advisors' growth strategy, as the La Jolla-based real estate advisory firm plans to spend about $300 million in real estate purchases over the next two years.
CHULA VISTA, CA-The lessee, Long Beach Automotive, dba Pacific Supply, will occupy 23,000 sf of industrial space at 650 L St. in Chula Vista. It is the most recent industrial user to take space in San Diego County, as the region's industrial market continues to improve.
VISTA, CA-The company is serving as the general contractor for the new $1 million Aloha Motors auto dealership, which is scheduled to break ground in November. Slated for completion by April 2003, the dealership will rise on a 1.8-acre site just north of the 78 Freeway.
