SAN DIEGO, CA-The CPA firm Barsa Technology Solutions signs a six-year agreement for space in the Champion of the West Tower. It will occupy 9,000 sf here, according to the terms of the $1.9-million lease.
CHULA VISTA, CA-Lake Partners LLC, a Shidler Group entity, sells the property to Hylen-Otay LLC and McEwen-Otay LLC for $3.3 million. The complex, which stands at 690 Otay Lakes Rd., is occupied by tenants including Bonita Athletic Club and McMillin Real Estate and Mortgage Co.
OTAY MESA, CA-The facilities, which encompass a total of 55,215 sf, are part of the six-building industrial project, Britannia Corporate Center. Developed by Newport Beach-based Master Development Corp., the 15-acre project was completed in July 2002.
POWAY, CA-The Thai and sushi restaurant inks an agreement for 3,280 sf of retail space at 13425 Poway Rd. in Creekside Plaza. The restaurant, which will occupy suites 801-803 in the complex, is scheduled to move to its new location in January 2003.
LA MESA, CA-Beauchamp Family Trust sells the 172,500-sf shopping center to Otay Mesa International Plaza LLC. The complex, which is located at 7900-7968 El Cajon Blvd., is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, El Torito Restaurant and 99" Only Store.
EL CAJON, CA-A trust acquires the 22-unit complex, which stands at 1038 Peach Ave. The acquisition is the latest in a string of transactions to close in San Diego's sizzling multifamily market.
