MIAMI-LNR Property and its Miami partners are putting the 33-story, 286,000-sf Brickell BayView Centre up for sale. The marketing agent, Sonnenblick-Goldman, expects to get $39 million or $136.36 psf for the building that LNR and its partners bought 2 1/2 years ago from Japan Development Corp. for $23.9 million or $83.57 psf.

SUNRISE, FL-Anyone interested in building a new small-store strip shopping center in the western part of this Broward County community had better forget it. The city won't approve most of them.

NAPLES, FL-It's only going to be eight stories high with an attached 495-space parking garage, but the 145,000-sf Fifth Third Center will be this city's tallest building when it is completed in mid-2001. Naples is 100 miles west of Downtown Miami.
