HOUSTON-MAB Flooring picks an office/warehouse at Pinemont Center, a 69,750-sf two-building project in the northwest Houston industrial corridor. The submarket recently emerged on the positive side of absorption after a long down period.

TEMPE, AZ-Tenant MICE/Marketcraft will start manufacturing at the Warner Road site in October. The newcomer is taking about 60% of the structure at 9160 S. McKemy St. to complement its 39,000 sf along West Geneva Road.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The plan is to build an office/warehouse with hangar area for owners of small corporate planes. The project, in the neighborhood of 35,000 sf, will rise at the crossroads of 78th and Madison streets in the Scottsdale Airpark.
