PHOENIX-American Eagle Outfitters, Hound Dog and Rockfish Seafood Grill reserve spots in the 350,000-sf center owned by Phoenix's Vestar Development. All deals are for the long term, with the allotted spaces ranging from 1,109 sf to 5,800 sf.
