PRESCOTT, AZ-The 3,500-acre Talking Rock Ranch will see delivery of the first 12 golf course structures in August. Scottsdale's Linthicum Constructors is in charge of the initial $2-million phase.

HOUSTON-The Arnold & Associates law firm will occupy 3,417 sf at 2401 Fountainview Dr. while MCS Technologies, a petroleum industry provider, will ease into 3,177 sf at 1220 Augusta Dr.

HOUSTON-The Houston-based distributor closes the books on a 74,500-sf warehouse that it's subleased to two tenants for the next five years. At its two-month-old 311,600-sf build-to-suit, Victory has brought 91,200 sf to market.

PHOENIX-The Richards Industrial Park is bought with entrepreneurial capital, says a broker. The California-based buyer particularly liked that the 17-year-old building in West Central Phoenix isn't management intensive.

PHOENIX-The Ashton Tiffany insurance company heads into a 4,000-sf street-level office at 4041 Central Plaza in Phoenix. Meanwhile, the All Wood Furniture Co. signs for 7,203 sf at Glendale's Bell Tower Village.
