GALVESTON, TX-The Houston firm of Tellepsen Solutions/Pearson English is hired to design the conversion of an office/manufacturing facility into offices and classrooms for the Galveston campus. The fast-track project starts delivering in August.

TEMPE, AZ-The city selects the 43,800-sf, fully leased center and owner, Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments for the top honor for property improvements. The renovation made a viable retail center out of an outdated strip mall with 70% occupancy.

MCALLEN, TX-The window furnishings retailer takes advantage of sublease availability from Victory Packaging. The McAllen location came with terms for a take-back, if needed, confides a broker on the deal.

HOUSTON-The financing will build 276 units at 9305 Meldrum Dr. and another 240 at the crossroads of Beechnut and Branham boulevards. Related Capital and Charter Mac put up the construction financing for Florida developers of Houston product.

HOUSTON-The Meyergrove leverages $5.6 million of the $9.3-million package, with a sister property acting as collateral for the balance of the loan. The Meyergrove contains 227 units and Meyer Oak, 152.
