HOUSTON-Colvill Office Properties gets the leasing assignment in a transfer of duties rather than a competitive face-off. The 85%-leased portfolio consists of Post Oak Tower, Galleria Financial Center and 2700 Post Oak Blvd.
HOUSTON-A Popeye's Chicken & Biscuit is going up on a one-acre tract along Panther Trails Drive in the Woodlands while a self-storage facility is headed to 3.8 acres at the junction of FM 1960 and Fallbrook Drive.

HOUSTON-The law firm of Lueders & Boanerges stays put after shopping the West Houston inventory and then getting the right offer from its existing building owner at 9432 Old Katy Rd.
HOUSTON-The building owner fills the first spot in a 15,000-sf block of class A space brought to market six months ago. Robin Maritime Agencies, now an airport tenant, will move the steamship operation in mid-July to a Houston Ship Channel address.
HOUSTON-Marshall, Neil & Pauley, an HVAC distributor, pays close to the asking price of $2.75 per sf for a tract in the far northwest submarket. Ground will break in late summer on a 35,000-sf headquarters.
HOUSTON-Omni Cable will stay for the short term in 14,650 sf at an Airline Drive building on the north side of town while Southern Dock Products holds onto 4,875 sf at 9065 Knight Rd. in the southern sector.
HOUSTON-Sun Development of Houston buys the industrial site, with a 20,000-sf building, from K2 Industrial Services. The shoppers, including the buyer, were attracted to the development potential for a truck stop. Sources say the site went for $500,000 plus.
HOUSTON-Investment Co. of the South spends about $1.9 million for a West Houston development site that's been on the market at least three years. With the sale closed, the buyer is planning to break ground in 30 days on the Ranch at Barker Cypress.
HOUSTON-Tuttle, Sullivan & Co. is occupying 3,728 sf for the long term at Greenbriar Place along North Sam Houston Parkway in a shift from 525 North Belt. The new office is positioned in a 147,042-sf office building with a 68% occupancy.
