HOUSTON-The law firm of DeHay & Elliston has moved into about half of the 10,752-sf office at 3700 Buffalo Speedway in a signing for the two-year balance leased to CCNG, which sold most of its operation and then moved to Austin.

EDINBURG, TX-Merkafon Teleperformance, a French teleservices firm, will open a 464-workstation center in half of a shuttered grocery store. State and local agencies kick in perks, such as $500,000 for rent payments, for the seven-year commitment.

HOUSTON-Tenant VIM Inc. has shifted from inside the Loop to the city's North Side, a location that's closer to employees' homes and offers more warehouse space. The firm, in the process of moving in, inked a medium-term lease for 3,240 sf at 600 Kenrick.

HOUSTON-The 3815 Montrose, a renovated property southwest of the CBD, lands a 7,042-sf signing by Chicago's noted architectural firm, Perkins & Will, while a start-up competitor takes 3,612 sf. Both are medium-term leases.
