HOUSTON-Diamond Offshore Drilling picks Eric Anderson of Transwestern Commercial Services to lease a 70,000-sf hole in its 165,600-sf headquarters building after ending a two-decade run as a two-tenant asset.
THE WOODLANDS, TX-Century Exploration will forego a leased headquarters in Lexington, KY for 2222 Woodlands Parkway, site of next week's ground-breaking for an 18,000-sf building. The June 2005 delivery also will close a leased office in Houston.
