GLENDALE, AZ-S&K Sales has shifted operations from Los Angeles to the 60,000-sf 51st Avenue Distribution Center, getting the last available spot in a rail-served building. The relocation is sealed with a three-year lease with a $180,000 payout.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Time America Inc. moves into 13,017 sf of flex space at in the Chaparral Business Park, exiting Tempe and doubling the office size. The six-year deal puts $1.4 million in the pockets of building owner, Salt River Devco.
