SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Abart Properties beats out six other buyers to purchase a 14,589-sf multi-tenant office building for $2.6 million. The one-year-old building is located at 16074 N. 78th St. in the Scottsdale Airpark.

PHOENIX-Hearn Co. kicks in more than $51 million for the 10-story, class A trophy, located within the Camelback Esplanade in the heart of the Valley's financial district. The sale is one of the top office deals this year in the Valley.

HOUSTON-A private investor, armed with a value-add, plan buys the 157,397-sf Clay Hills Plaza in the Bear Creek area from a Dallas-based investment group. Comparable retail properties are bringing $30 per sf to $45 per sf.
