HOUSTON-The pair of industrial leases, totaling 51,300 sf, land in the seven-building Bondeson Business Center. Wallis, TX-based R&M Energy Systems Inc. inks a mid-term lease for 12,478 sf and AmerCable Inc. expands to 38,822 sf at 10633 W. Little York Rd.
