SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The Capital Group Cos. Inc. strides into the Valley with a 106,193-sf, class A lease at the Pinnacle at Kierland III at 14636 N. Scottsdale Rd. The seven-year deal opens the door to a customer service center with as many as 500 jobs for the Valley.
HOUSTON-The pair of industrial leases, totaling 51,300 sf, land in the seven-building Bondeson Business Center. Wallis, TX-based R&M Energy Systems Inc. inks a mid-term lease for 12,478 sf and AmerCable Inc. expands to 38,822 sf at 10633 W. Little York Rd.
CONROE, TX-Craig Realty Group enters the Texas outlet center arena with the acquisition of Conroe Outlet Center, a 14-year-old property that was foreclosed on two years ago. At sale time, occupancy was resting at 78.3%.
