WOODBURY, MN-The 216-unit Woodlane Place was bought by Chicago-based Henderson Global Investors from Equity Residential.

MINNEAPOLIS-Simon Property Group says it will contest an judge's order forcing it to sell a 27.5% stake in the mall to Triple Five, which claimed it was illegally squeezed out of a deal involving that stake four years ago.
