LinkedIn, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corp., signed a 25-year lease at One Wilton Park. Construction commenced on the nine-story office building in June 2018.

The new Seoul office is Toronto-based Avison Young's 85th office globally, and is an additional step in the firm's ongoing aggressive global growth and expansion strategy. Full operations in Seoul will begin on Nov. 1, 2018, company officials state.

The ICSC has signed a full-floor lease for its global headquarters totaling 44,100 square feet at Mitsui Fudosan America's 1251 Avenue of the Americas.

Hyatt reports that the acquisition consists of a base purchase price of $480 million, with the potential for Hyatt to invest up to an additional $120 million.

The deal announced in late June valued Paris-based AccorHotels total investment in sbe at $319 million.

The brokerage firm reports that Susan Tjarksen, Todd Stofflet and Jason Stevens joined C&W as managing directors on Oct. 1 and are now based in the firm's office at 225 West Wacker Drive.

The full NHL Board of Governor is expected to vote on Seattle's expansion bid in early December.
