NEW HAVEN, CT-A multifamily portfolio that includes developments in Bristol, Manchester and Meriden has changed hands for $15.5 million. Affiliates of Taymil Partners of Boston purchased the portfolio in an "off-market" transaction.
WHITE PLAINS-Japanese seafood buffet restaurant chain Minado has signed a lease for 12,000 sf of ground-floor space at the White Plains Plaza office complex here. The eatery plans to service its first patron by year's end.

STAMFORD, CT-Procter & Gamble and the City of Stamford have signed a letter of understanding whereby the city will acquire 19 acres of the Clairol site in the Cove East section of the city for $15.6 million so that it could eventually build an inter-district magnet school there.
STAMFORD, CT-Brokerage firms CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield agree that there are signs of a recovery in the Fairfield County office market and are hopeful that deals in the pipeline will come to fruition in the third or fourth quarters of this year.
