RYE BROOK, NY-The RPW Group, Inc. signed a contact to acquire the former Altria Group complex here. The White Plains, NY-based commercial real estate firm is looking to spend between $60 million to $90 million to purchase and convert the lavish 625,000-sf complex into a multi-tenanted facility.

YONKERS, NY-A new business incubator facility will be housed in the former Purdue Frederick building here. The SCI incubator is an initiative backed by Pace University, Springlab, LLC and the City of Yonkers.
TARRYTOWN, NY-Reckson Associates Realty Corp. confirmed reports that Kraft Foods has signed a long-term lease expansion deal for 54,000 sf of space at 120 White Plains Rd. here. Kraft now leases more than 132,000 sf at the building.
STAMFORD, CT-GE Real Estate has acquired a 50% stake in a portfolio of upscale multifamily properties developed by Simpson Housing Limited Partnership of Denver for approximately $54 million. The portfolio totals more than 3,000 units in six states.
SHELTON, CT-Atrium Companies Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of residential windows and doors, has relocated from offices in Bridgeport to nearly 79,000 sf of office/flex space at 710 Bridgeport Ave. here.
