SUGAR LAND, TX-Transwestern breaks ground on the first of two buildings for the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic on the last tract of developable land in the 65-acre First Crossing. The three-story medical office building will deliver in September 2005.

HOUSTON-Hines Corporate Properties sells a four-year-old office complex, leased through September 2015, to Veritas Geophysical Corp. The buyer, Lexington Corporate Properties, gets 218,641 sf in three buildings and its sixth deed in the region.

HOUSTON-Granite Properties adds a fourth class A asset to its Westchase portfolio, taking the 12-story office building from Prentiss Properties. The 82%-leased building, which will keep its name, is being groomed for a renovation.
