PHOENIX—Santa Monica-based Wood River Properties purchased Miramonte Apartments, located in central Scottsdale, from Seattle-based Security Properties for $18.5 million. ABI Multifamily represented the buyer in the transaction.

PHOENIX—ViaWest Group announces that NXP Semiconductors has signed a 10-year lease for 32,988 SF of office space at Chandler Midway Corporate Center, 5670 W. Chandler Blvd. Built in 2007, the project is comprised of two class A office buildings totaling 111,800 square feet.
PHOENIX—As previously reported on GlobeSt.com, Alliance Residential has promoted V. Jay Hiemenz to president and chief operating officer. Hiemenz is a founding partner of Alliance and has been an integral part of Alliance's growth since the company's inception.
PHOENIX–Columbus-based Nationwide Realty Investors has signed a lease with Arizona based health and wellness leader Isagenix International, LLC to occupy a 150,000 square foot, single-tenant building at its master-planned Rivulon development in Gilbert.
PHOENIX—The Cooke Multifamily Investments Team at Colliers International in Greater Phoenix completed the sale of a 2,759-unit multifamily portfolio for $168.5 million.
PHOENIX—CBRE Group, Inc. announces that Geoffrey Harris has joined the firm's Capital Markets' Debt and Structured Finance team as senior vice president. Harris is a high performing financial services professional with more than 15 years of mortgage banking experience.
