PHOENIX—TruAmerica Multifamily and an affiliate of Berkshire Group acquired Avenue 25 Apartments in Phoenix in a joint venture for $35.4 million.

PHOENIX—Palisades Private Capital Fund 1, a $50 million fund created by Palisades Mexico Partners, has acquired Chandler Corporate Center, a two-story, 67,561-square-foot class A office asset in Chandler for $13.9 million.

PHOENIX—In this week's Deal-Tracker, Cassidy Turley announces that a Calgary-based investment group, McKemy Holdings, has sold an 81,200-square-foot industrial property at 9235 S. McKemy St. in Tempe for $7.5 million. The buyer was Scottsdale-based private investment company, Development Services of America.
