CHICAGO-The sale of the 445,000-sf asset on Las Vegas Boulevard to affiliates of New York-based Investcorp leaves the office REIT with one other retail and entertainment property, as well as a debt load $178 million lighter.
GLENVIEW, IL-A Lake Forest limited liability corporation pays $220 per sf for the retail asset in the 2200 block of Willow Road, near the Glen Town Center redevelopment project. The price for the fully-leased center represents a 7.7% capitalization rate.
JOLIET, IL-Oak Brook-based CenterPoint Properties Trust ultimately plans to redevelop part of the four-building hydraulics system complex on 280 acres next to the Empress Casino.
