PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL-The firm is the exclusive consultant, marketer and brokerage for the proposed park. The park is part of the incentive package to lure the Scripps Research Institute to open a research division in the county and could consist of about eight million sf of building space in the long term, a CB Richard Ellis broker says.

FORT MYERS, FL-Gator Lanes Recreational Complex LLC paid approximately $196,020 per acre for seven acres of land here where it plans to develop the complex. The approximately $4-million, 54,000-sf project--which still needs permits--would include bowling lanes, arcade games and meeting rooms.
BONITA SPRINGS, FL-The locally based builder of lifestyle communities, had 86 unit sales in complete or under-construction towers in the second quarter, compared with 55 units in last year's quarter. However, the value of new tower orders decreased 24.1%, which was expected.
WESTON, FL-SSR Realty Advisors, which just bought the 225,760-sf industrial building on 16.4 acres here from Northwestern Mutual, hired Terranova, which also represented SSR Realty in the sale.
DAVIE, FL-The Fort Lauderdale, FL-based company plans to break ground on Lakeside Town Shops here in September. The community shopping center, to be anchored by a 185,000-sf SuperTarget, is scheduled to be completed in fall 2005.
