MIAMI-PanTerra Developments is the developer of City 24, a luxury project with 119 one- and two-bedroom condominium units and 18,000 sf of retail space in a 15-story building. With sales set to get under way this summer, the project is expected to be completed in summer 2006.
MIAMI-Led by Rodrigo Niño, Prodigy International Development Sales will sell and market Solaris at Brickell Bay, a 22-story, 138-unit condominium project scheduled to break ground this summer in the Brickell area here.
