CORAL GABLES, FL-The Texas-based REIT paid about $244.76 per sf for the class A BAC Colonnade Office Tower, which contains 210,000-sf on 11 stories. The building was transferred to Crescent's portfolio after the REIT acquired BayView Colonnade LLC.

MARCO ISLAND, FL-Boykin Lodging Co., a Cleveland-based hotel real estate investment trust, paid about $116,952 per suite for the 233-suite Radisson Suite Beach Resort here. Boykin Management Co. will manage the resort.
NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL-The 15-story, 239-unit oceanfront condominium conversion project is being developed by Karlton Properties. The project features units from 850 sf to 1,360 sf, priced from the $250,000s to $550,000.
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-The center is located in the future site of the luxury oceanfront condominium community's exclusive cabana club. Vue, which will contain 157 units in two buildings here, is scheduled for first quarter 2005 occupancy.
MIAMI-The long-term deal, at Airport Business Center, is estimated to be worth approximately $8.82 million. The air cargo company has been located at the business park for more than eight years.
FORT MYERS, FL-The Southwest Florida commercial real estate broker, with Grubb & Ellis|VIP since it formed in 1998, led the Grubb & Ellis affiliates across the country last year, based on gross commission earnings. That was his best year, with more than $65 million in transaction volume and 139 transactions.
NORTH PALM BEACH, FL-The home fashion store signed a 28,727-sf retail lease at Oakbrook Square Shops here. They will occupy space on the second floor of the building in part of the 90,000 sf that Jacobson's vacated.
