MIAMI-Dependable Warehousing and Distribution Services Inc. bought the building here from Preferred Freezer Services Inc.'s parent company, Florida Freezers Group Inc., for nearly $4.1 million. Dependable Warehousing has come a long way since a tornado destroyed its building earlier this year.

FORT MYERS, FL-Metro Investment Fund LLC paid Metrovest LLC $1.9 million for the approximately 26,000-sf tilt wall construction building. It was about 23% occupied at the time of the sale, but the new owner has plans to lease it up.
FORT MYERS, FL-3G LLC, a local investor, purchased the five-story, 59,399-sf, bank-anchored office building for $3 million, or about $50.50 per sf. The building was approximately 60% occupied at the time of the sale.
MIAMI-Carolina Rainer is selling 6000 Indian Creek, a 25-story, ultra-luxury condominium tower with 35 units, and Terra Beachside Villas, planned for 117 two-story urban townhomes. The Miami Beach projects will be developed across the street from each other.
MIAMI-The 15-story, 226-unit luxury condominium project here has been completed, and a temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued. Buyers are moving in to the condominium tower, which markets itself as an affordable ownership option with units starting at $166,000.
BOCA RATON, FL-Little Switzerland Wholesale Inc.'s 10-year office lease here is estimated to be worth about $4.6 million. The specialty retailer, owned by Tiffany and Co. of New York, carries luxury items, including jewelry, precious gemstones and fragrances.
