CAMBRIDGE, MA-The city's planning board gives a thumbs up to Charles E. Smith Residential's 767-unit multiphase project to be located on a five-acre parcel in the North Point section of East Cambridge. Construction on the first phase of the project is set to begin this summer.

MILFORD, MA-Clarke Distribution purchases 393 Fortune Blvd. from Dunkin' Donuts Northeast Distribution Center Inc for $3.8 million. The company plans to nearly double the size of the building and use it as its corporate headquarters, showroom and distribution center.
