DEDHAM, MA-The Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for the Aged wants to develop a 570,000-sf "intergenerational campus" on a 157-acre parcel here. The project involves 230 units, an elementary school and a daycare center.

MARSHFIELD, MA-A developer's proposal to get a 198-unit apartment complex built is facing fierce opposition from town officials. The project, which involves seven buildings, was proposed under the state's Chapter 40B affordable-housing law.

HINGHAM, MA-The ADP Building at 60 Research Rd. in South Shore Park gets permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $4.6 million. The 58,655-sf building is occupied by ADP's brokerage services group.

BOSTON-Meredith & Grew Inc., a locally based private real estate firm, hires Lisa Campoli away from Insignia/ESG to become executive vice president and co-head of investment sales. The move comes as Insignia prepares to merge with CB/Richard Ellis.

BOSTON-The city hits number four in the rankings of apartment markets, according to the National Apartment Index. Boston was at number nine last year, and the report attributes the city's rise to expectations for job growth, limited new construction and relatively low vacancy rates.
