CAMBRIDGE, MA-In a deal that is good news for this struggling office market, Cambridge Systematics leases 29,513 sf at 100 CambridgePark Dr. The management and consulting company will occupy the entire fourth floor of the 135,572-sf building.

WESTFORD, MA-Courier Corp. sells 200,000 sf of its multi-building manufacturing complex in the Forge Village area to Abbot Mill LLC for $1.7 million. Abbot wants to convert the facilities into a residential complex.

BOSTON-The Boston Redevelopment Authority gives its approval for the development of nearly 300,000 sf in two buildings for Boston University. It also thumbs-up preliminary approval for the university's 2003 master plan. The plan involves building additional student housing on BU property.

NORWELL, MA-$10 million in financing is secured by a freestanding Super Stop & Shop supermarket, located at 468 Washington St., which consists a 59,919-sf store and a 11,300-sf mezzanine.

BOSTON-Atlas Investment Group got an $8.1 million acquisition/bridge loan for The Dover Residences, a 225,000-sf, mixed-use project at 1166 Washington St. The project will consist of 133 residential units and 14,000 sf of retail space.
