DANVERS, MA-In its third acquisition since it was formed in September, 2003, Pivotal Properties purchases Centre Street Village, a 27,415 sf two-building plaza located at 110 Newbury St. at the intersection of Centre Street and Route 1 South. The firm is looking to build a $200 million portfolio.
