TROY, MI-A New York developer wants to tear down the fully leased, tallest building in southeast Michigan and replace it with a large, mixed-use property. The building owner, initially not interested in selling, is having second thoughts.

PONTIAC, MI-The Galloway Project will feature a mix of 68 brick homes, 54,000-sf of retail space and 51,000-sf of offices in two towers. Completion of the $27-million development is scheduled for summer 2003.
