The lease procurements underway since 2015 are poised to yield longer-term lease contracts as those procurements are completed and the leases commence.

WeWork is planning to open a third location in Orange County, which until now has been slower to adopt co-working than other Southern California markets.

Robert Lachapelle of CBRE's Atlanta office, and Ann Cone of CBRE's FHA lending platform, arranged the 40-year, 100 percent non-recourse, fixed-rate loan on behalf of the borrower, CC NVB.

Netflix also signed a coterminous lease extension for 325,757 square feet of office space at Hudson Pacific's ICON and 91,953 square feet of office space at the firm's CUE office buildings.

RAL Development Services had previously announced the pre-lease of 38,000 square feet of commercial space at 1300 Fairmount Avenue.

Leasing for flexible workspace accounted for 4.4% of the total square footage leased in the first half of the year.
