JLL closed the sale of the five-property, 539,109-square-foot portfolio in Tinley Park, IL to Boston-based buyer, High Street Logistics Properties.

The Chicago-based group acquires historic manufacturing buildings and surface lot for a 345-unit, high-amenity development.
